History of the Bridge Boxes
In 2003 and 2005 a special group of Gardeners (Barbara, Donna, Pat and others) arranged for tours of the gardens around the Lake Avenue area to raise funds to install the Bridge Boxes and to make improvements to the various gardens maintained by the town and the Sunapee Gardeners. The Bridge Boxes were installed in 2005 and were built by Craig, a town employee.
Plants in 2024 Bridge Boxes are: Begonia Hiemalis Special Collection Vermilion Hot Pink, Salvia Farinacea Victoria Blue, Calibrachoa Calistastic Violaceous, and Bacopa Sutera Gulliver Compact White
